    Ludo is an experienced guide supporting senior executives in navigating change – starting from the assumption that taking control of your future starts with developing self-awareness and leveraging existing capabilities in ever-changing environments. He believes in a solution-focused approach targeting small actionable steps that make change real and sustainable. His approach represents a sensitive blend of support and confrontation – always inquiring into the necessary conditions to access or increase the personal energy of executives to address their most life-critical challenges with an open and global mindset.     Ludo combines hard and soft, holding a Master in Clinical Psychology as well as a Post-graduate in Business Economics – with specific credentials in executive coaching:

    Executive Coach and Associate with the Center for Creative Leadership

    Professional Experience

    For more than 20 years, Ludo has been coaching senior executives in global companies. During his career, he has been shifting his focus from facilitating large-scale strategic change initiatives in international settings in a project management role to being a passionate facilitator of individual executive development.

    In his former role at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he managed an Executive Leadership and Coaching practice in order to align system-wide transformation with personal executive leadership journeys. In his independent executive coaching practice, he capitalizes on his experience in international projects focusing on areas including cross-unit strategy deployment, post-merger integration processes, implementing value-driven leadership, building cross-cultural awareness…

    His specific interest is in creating the right conditions for executives to build their confidence and competence – always digging for the gold that’s already present.
