During her career in various management roles, Annette discovered her strengths for leadership advisory and for assisting people in actively managing the challenges of change. With her strong international corporate background and hands-on experience in managing teams, she accompanies her clients in further developing their leadership capabilities. Annette is a master in analyzing complex situations and hitting the bull’s eye in terms of relevant issues, followed by identifying pragmatic and tangible solutions.
Her coaching style can be described as challenging and straight to the point, extremely creative and people-oriented, with a clear focus on results.
She encourages top executives and high potentials to discover the „hidden treasures“ of their strengths and talents to actively steer their development and thus manage their leadership challenges to their own and the company’s benefits.

Annette started her career as a business partner in the financial services industry before being promoted from headquarters to an expat role as Head of HR for the UK out of London. She was in charge of major change programs to set direction, create alignment between the different cultures and branches and gain commitment to the company’s strategy. While successfully driving the branch towards a learning organization with a great emphasis on employees’ development and creating alternative career options, Annette established HR as a recognized partner for top management.
Back in Germany, she joined a spin-off as head of HR and successfully managed the cultural integration during a post-merger and several transfers of undertaking. She pioneered training and development KPIs, which were strongly linked to the company’s strategic goals.
Annette has worked extensively with leaders in various industries from financial services and manufacturing to the public sector, accompanying them to create a structured and individually fitting approach for their various leadership challenges.
She also does voluntary work for an organization in Frankfurt that supports socially disadvantaged children.
