Anett specializes successfully in consulting companies and senior executive teams in vision and to align their people around tangible goals with her own corporate experience being an invaluable asset in this respect. Anett is also a practitioner in Viral ChangeTM a ground-breaking approach to large-scale change in organizations.
Recently, Anett and her team consulted the board member of a healthcare company and her core leadership team in a restructuring process and supported them in creating and aligning around a common vision. In a second step, Anett worked with the leaders to extend their team spirit and change advocacy to their whole division in order to establish a sense of togetherness that showed itself in motivated and engaged participation.

Professional Experience
Anett is managing director of her own business and has 20 years of experience from both a consultant as well as a corporate perspective. She has worked as a consultant, designer and facilitator on projects with clients of major global organizations from telecommunication, pharmaceutical, chemical, and aerospace industries, amongst others.
Anett is also senior solutions associate at the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the world´s leading providers of leadership education and organisation development.
Anett started her career as HR manager with a global branded goods company. In this position, she was responsible for the world-wide management training programme at corporate level. She also led international recruitment projects and developed succession planning strategies for management personnel. Throughout this time, Anett managed project teams with members from all continents.
